Our family believes you need to help your neighbor & others before you live your life. We are on a mission to educate and advocate. Preventing Head Injuries! We also understand helping our neighbors, is a job for everyone and anyone!

Kyra and Mya Joy recently had a bake sale Kyra is a second grader and was on Spring Break. Mya Joy is a Kindergartner (home school). The Bartlett sisters decided to make the best out of Spring Break and help the Tornado victims. They stayed up day and night baking for the 2 day fund raiser that they planned and chose to donate to the Red Cross in Onslow County for the Tornado Victims. The sisters felt horrible for our neighbors, for they too have lost everything once before in a major robbery. We still don’t know what tomorrow brings for our family as today we struggle with household bills, food and gas expenses but we have a home today. We ALL have to help others! This year our family was full of blessings and we found that a home, cars and household items are not important. Life is a blessing! The sisters understand being together, healthy and a strong family unit is what matters. The sisters wanted to help the Tornado victims and raise money for they understand life is hard for EVERYONE right now and we ALL need support. We also want to thank God for families being together and that we have a chance to live life for another day. After Mya Joy’s accident our family learned that losing everything is really NOT LOSING EVERYTHING! If we lost our daughter; If I lost my sister; If we lost our granddaughter, then everything would be so different. Mya Joy’s brain injury could affect her for the rest of her life. Life is adventure and we get to live another day sharing our daughters story preventing another daughters head injury, raising money for the American Red Cross Onslow Chapter and the NC Brain Injury Association.
